Yalutorovsk (Russian: Ялу́торовск) is a town in Tyumen Oblast, Russia, located on the Tobol River some 75 km southeast of Tyumen. Population: 36,400 (2005 est.); 36,088 (2002 Census).

Yalutorovsk was founded in 1639 as a settlement of Yalutorovsky (Ялуторовский) and granted town status in 1782.
