There are ffollowing settlements located in Jaltshiskij Rajon.

From north toward south. From west toward east (Tatastan).

Aratsejevo, Belaja Bolozhka, Novoposelennaja Tajaba, Novoje Toksajevo (less than 100 inhabitants), Kushelga, Pelevye Linery, Bolshoi Tajaba, Maloje Bajderjakovo, Petrovka (less than 100 inhabitants), Jemjetevo, Shajmurzino, Kildjushevo, Bolshoi Bolshoi Jerbykla, Malaja Tajaba, Zhuravlevka (less than 100 inhabitants), Novoje Tintsurino, Urazmametjevo, Maloje Jerbykla, Staroje Janshevo, Polevyje Burtasy, Beloje Ozero, Novoje Shimkusy, Poljevyje Kozyljary, Karabajevo, Novoje Ishtsherkovo, Novoje Tsurino, Novoje Bajbatyrevo, Apanasovo-Jeshjebjenovo, Tovajevo, Sabantsinovo, Toskajevo, Novoje Tojderjakovo, Jaltsinki, Bolshoi Jaltsinki, Novoje Bulajevo, Bajderjakovo, Apanasovo-Temjashi, Jantikovo, Novoje Izambajevo, Izbahtino, Bajglytsjevo, Novoje Janshevo, Koshki-Kulikejevo, Ishmurzino-Surinsk, Staroje Arlahovo, Jeshmikejevo, Novoje Andribejevo, Lash-Tajaba, Novoje Bikshiki, Adukovo (less than 100 inhabitants), Shemalakovo, Jamantshurino.

Only villages Bolshoi Tajaba, Maloje Tajaba, Novoje Novoje Tintsurino, Novoje Shimkusy, Bolshoi Jaltsiki, Jaltsiki, Bajderjakovo, Koshki-Kulikejevo, and Lash-Tajaba have more than 1.000 inhabitants.

In additition a small separate enclave just two kilometres inside Tatarstan (approximately 3x5 km) belongs adminstrationally to Chuvasia. It is connected to Jaltshiskij Rajon by Jaltsiski-Byinsk (Tatarstan) road which run via villages Apanasovo-Temjashi (Chuvasia), Tshuvaskaja Belovolzhka (Tatarstan), Tatarskaja Belovolzhka (Tatarstan), Novoje Bajderjakovo (Chuvasia) and Tsurakovo (Tatarstan). Novoje Bajderjakovo has a population less than 500.
