"Yakusoku no Tsubasa" is MISIA's 20th single. It is the second in a set of 3 new releases to be released in a three month period. The title track will be used as theme song to the movie, "Boku no Kanojo wa Cyborg" starring Haruka Ayase and Keisuke Koide. Kwak Jae-yong, the film's director, commented that since the theme of the movie is "love" and being a big fan of MISIA himself, he thought she would be perfect for the job. The song is said to be a ballad similar to her 2000 hit, "Everything". "Yakusoku no Tsubasa" will be feature in the movie's trailers starting February 23.
