[edit] Re:Hey

I would like very much to discuss the issue at hand with you, and resolve the issue without hostilities. Unfortunately, you keep removing the paragraph in question without even attempting to justify the deletion. Unless you can provide some kind of policy-based rationale for your edits, I will continue to consider them vandalism. Thank you, DLandTALK 02:15, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

Where is your reasoning? Is it the comment from the IP that claimed that BuddyTV is a "fansite"? If so, then that is patently false - the article that is used as a reference is written by Jon Lachonis, who is a senior writer on a paid salary for the website. Incidentally, BuddyTV has explicit policies that distinguish spoiler from speculation, if that's what you're worried about.--DLandTALK 04:57, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
Please make your argument for deleting the paragraph. I can't find where you "already posted it" on the talk page.--DLandTALK 00:26, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Kitten

Hi Yaksar - My fault - I inadvertantly rolled back an article which had already been reverted (thus reverting to the vandalism!) ... Please remove the notice from my talk page. Best regards, MackSalmon 20:02, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

What you can do is continue to warn the user on the talk page (as you have already done) every time he/she vandalizes a page. Once the warnings reach the 4th level ("final warning") and the vandalism continues, you can report the user to administrator intervention against vandalism with a brief explanation of his/her actions. Eventually an administrator will happen by and hopefully block the offender. ... discospinster talk 23:33, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee Elections December 2007/Vote/Newyorkbrad

Good evening. I have indented your vote on Newyorkbrad's voting page in the Arbitration Committee Election. In order to vote, editors must have 150 mainspace edits as of 1 November 2007. Per your User Contributions, you had fewer than that number. Accordingly, your vote is removed from the count - though, I note that it remains on record as a statement of your position. Please feel free to post any questions you may have at my talk page, or at the talk page for the election. Thank you for your interest in participating in this year's election. Best, ZZ Claims ~ Evidence 03:54, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

You do have 155 - as of now. According to Milestone, your 150th mainspace edit was on 25 November 2007. To participate in the election, you had to have 150 mainspace edits by November 1st. As you say, the editcount is good - but it just missed the deadline. Sorry for the confusion. For what it's worth, you're good to go for future elections. You can also leave your vote in place, if you like, as a show of support for the candidate - though it'll be indented, it still says that you offered your support. That's no problem at all, several voters did the same thing. Again, sorry for the confusion. Best, ZZ Claims ~ Evidence 04:25, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
