[edit] PPV articles

The goal at WP:PW is to eventually do similar articles for every PPV. Some editors like certain PPVs more than others, so they start with those first. The other KOTR events will eventually get their own articles too. TJ Spyke 12:11, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

That is why their is a link to each KOTR article there. That way if somebody wants to know more they can just click on the link. TJ Spyke 12:16, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Image:Storm20010606.jpg

A tag has been placed on Image:Storm20010606.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I8 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is available as a bit-for-bit identical copy on the Wikimedia Commons under the same name, or all references to the image on Wikipedia have been updated to point to the title used at Commons.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Gary King (talk) 23:04, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:WrestleVisionVHS.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:WrestleVisionVHS.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 12:32, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Concerning "Wrestlevision"

I have reverted your edits relating to "The Wrestling Classic" and "Wrestlevision" in accordance with Wikipedia and WP:PW policy. A redirect may NOT be used to move pages as it disrupts the already established edit history of a previous page. A page move must be done using the proper format. However, before a page can be moved a discussion must take place in order to establish a consensus with the members of the community (in this case WP:PW). Until a discussion is made and a consensus is formed, a page may NOT be moved. Please return to the discussion section you started at WP:PW's talk page to try to promote a community response to your concern. Thank you.-- bulletproof 3:16 06:13, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
