Yadav Kant Silwal

Yadav Kant Silwal (Nepali: यदव कन्त सिलवाल) is a Nepalese diplomat who served as the fourth general secretary of the SAARC from January 1, 1994 to December 31, 1995. He was succeeded by Naeem U. Hasan on January 1, 1996.
