Yacine Akhnouche

Yacine Akhnouche is a joint citizen of France and Algeria who confessed to having ties to Al Qaeda.[1]
Akhnouche is believed to have been an Al Qaeda recruiter. Akhnouche's alleged Al Qaeda associates include:[2]
