I feel xwrits meets WP:SOFTWARE because it is in the repositories of Fedora Linux[1] and Ubuntu Linux[2].

Also, I have added to the article.

A No Vote: xwrits has been covered in the press. The Linux Journal columnist Marcel Gagne (Cooking With Linux) covered it and Workrave over the summer of 2006. MrZaiustalk 19:29, 4 December 2006 (UTC)
