This is a sample of a borgeet, a traditional form of music from Assam. The lyrics were written by Srimanta Sankardeva, a 15th-16th century religious reformer from Assam. The borgeet is sung by Bhupen Hazarika, with the use of traditional instruments.

            nisacara nasa nidana |
 ramanama yama               samaraka saji
