[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Nanjing Overview.jpg
Thank you for uploading Image:Nanjing Overview.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. The Sunshine Man 10:45, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your image
Wikipedia cannot accept material that is declared to be "non-commercial use only" or "only for use on Wikipedia". Whilst it may seem reasonable to restrict material that way, Wikipedia content is syndicated around the world on the internet and in print, frequently for commercial purposes. Non-commercial or Wikipedia-only content is therefore useless to us. For that reason, such content is marked for speedy deletion automatically and deleted shortly after. For more information, you can visit this page. REDVERS ↔ SЯEVDEЯ 12:52, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Stop
You are repeatedly uploading images with invalid licences, which is causing work for others. When we remove them, you are uploading them with frankly ridiculous other licences instead, causing even more work for people. Please stop uploading images until you understand Wikipedia policies on images. If you continue uploading images in this way, you will be blocked from editing in future. Thanks. [edit] Your edits to Nanjing
Is there some particular reason you are replacing many of the images (which are known to have good copyright status) in the Nanjing article with your own images of rather dubious copyright status ([1], [2], [3], etc.)? --Kralizec! (talk) 13:24, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Blocked
You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for the next 3 hours because of repeatedly uploading images with no or clearly false licences. See the block log for more details. If you want to contribute constructively, you may return when the block expires. Thanks. REDVERS ↔ SЯEVDEЯ 13:33, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned non-free image (Image:Zongtongfu2.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Zongtongfu2.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 22:54, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
