Xu Gong
Traditional Chinese: 許貢
Simplified Chinese: 许贡

Xu Gong (fl. 200 C.E.) was the governor of a Wu territory in China.

Xu Gong’s troops ambushed and injured Sun Ce while he was marching to attack Xu Chang in 200 C.E.

In the fourteenth century historical novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Gong sent a secret message to Cao Cao warning him against Sun Ce, but Gong was killed before he could warn Cao Cao. Earlier, three of Gong's house guests had been involved in an attack, which nearly killed Sun Ce. In a different version they shot a poisonned arrow which killed him.
