Portal talk:Xray Crystallography
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
First off: X-ray crystallography is not only the study of the structure of proteins using X-rays. Small molecule crystallography and powder diffraction both come under this heading. Therefore, this portal should really be renamed "Macromolecular Crystallography", if we are to be dealing with Protein & DNA structures.
I have also changed X-ray tube to the more up-to-date and correct "Rotating Anode" (links to same page though) and I have added "Molecular Replacement" Techniques page. A Molecular Replacement page will follow. I have also added to the programs list. Pages will follow.
