Xnergy is a construction firm based in Carlsbad, CA, United States. The company was founded in 2001 by Jeff Gosselin, Jason Davis and Joey Patalano. In 2005, Xnergy was the 38th largest private employer and the 46th highest revenue generator in San Diego County. In 2007, Xnergy was listed in the Inc. 5000 as the 1,075th fastest growing company in America and the 21st fastest growing in the county. 2006 revenue was $26.5 million.

Xnergy specializes in general contracting and mechanical engineering for the biotech, medical device and semi-conductor industries. Other activities have included installation of electrical cogeneration plants and the repair and preventative maintenance of plumbing and HVAC systems.

Notable projects include general contractor for Guidant, electrical cogeneration plants for the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, water, steam and process piping for Nong Shim, laboratory construction for The Scripps Research Institute, facility refurbishment for Upper Deck, HVAC installation for Andrew Viterbi and mechanical systems for the Gemological Institute of America.
