User talk:Xiutwel/9/11 macroscopic picture

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi X,

You're right that this is not at all what I had in mind. We're trying to write a macroscopic overview and yet you go into quite a bit of detail on individual theories here. I don't really see the point of duplicating the info already on the main page, but just in a shorter format. I think the way to go is to write a (short) overview section and have it near the top of the main page. It should point out why we should all be suspicious about what happened on 9/11 - without presenting alternatives. State what the red flags are, but do not go into what they imply, if true (leave this for the article). To show you what I mean, take a look at my subpage here. I'm not happy with it yet but I think you can see the direction I'm going.

I expect you don't need me to point out that this article is also full of your POV and unreferenced, so it's difficult for me to imagine it in article form. Also, looking at it just as a 9/11 truth essay for a moment, mentioning David Icke is seriously discrediting everything else you say.

I hope you are not offended by my criticism and invite you to criticise my own work. Cheers, Corleonebrother 15:32, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
