Xin Ping (? - 204) a minister serving not right under Han Fu during the later years of the Han Dynasty period of China. Following the death of Han Fu, Xin Ping went on to serve under the Yuan family, acting as adviser to Yuan Tan, the eldest son of the famous Yuan Shao. Xin Ping was at one time invited to join Cao Cao when meeting him as an envoy, in which Xin Ping refused the offer.
