Request reason: "I was upset with Cleo123 because of her confrontational and overly defensive style. She has a pretentious and holier-than-thou attitude which I found particularly hard to deal with and exceptionally furiating. We argued over the exact same things because she can't seem to understand that someone else can actually contribute. She does not collaborate and has irritated me on a dozen occasions. She has engaged in behavior with other editors that was unecessary and deliberately provocative - such as posting their home address (someone in MA). So, I am not alone in this. However, Cleo's "front" is very happy and peaceful and full of "LOLs" in her user page. It is very difficult to get through to people who are like this, so I tried a very vulgar, direct approach. Perhaps this was wrong, but all else had failed and my anger had reached a boiling point with her. I do not feel this way about any other editor or intend to harass any other editor. I do not intend to continue to harass Cleo123 in the future because I am over it. Thanks."

Decline reason: "The only think that you have done with this account is make extremely offensive edits to another user's page. This is not acceptable. You haven't made a single constructive edit from this account, so it is not going to be unblocked. From your comments it is obvious that you are another user in a long term dispute with Cleo123. I suggest you abandon this account and return to your other account. Gwernol 12:59, 31 March 2007 (UTC)"

[edit] Interesting...

I do not have any "open disputes" with anyone on Wikipedia of which I am aware. I certainly do not bare anyone any malice and am very surprised that anyone would vandalize my user and talk pages in this manner. The vandalism, in question, appears to be specifically targeted towards a female - an interesting assumption as I've never actually identified my gender. My first edit was to an article about Cleopatra, and I chose my user name accordingly. I could be female - then again - maybe I'm not...interesting. Perhaps, the issue is not with me, but with "women" in general. Whoever, you are - if you have a "problem" with "me" - I would suggest that you discuss it with me in a civilized manner, rather than leaving vulgarities on my pages and inconveniencing others. Although I may argue my points with passion, it is never my intention to offend or personally upset anyone. I am quite open to discussion. Thanks! Cleo123 07:06, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
