Xiafangshen (Chinese: 牌樓) is a small mining town about 20 kilometers southeast of Haicheng. It is located in the province of Liaoning, China. This town consists of a main street that runs east to west, mostly apartments, a hospital, a theater, a marketplace, Internet cafes, outside dinings & restaurants, a fitness center, an acadamy, a line of railroad that runs through the north side of town, and general stores.
