Xiafangshen is a small mining town about 20 kilometers southeast of Haicheng. It is located in the province of Liaoning, China.

I checked the profile of Haicheng, Liaoning at this page. No town in Haicheng is named Xiafangshen. 牌樓 (Pailou) is apparently a wrong name for Xiafangshen. Can you provide the Chinese characters of this town's name and add sources to this article? Thanks. --Neo-Jay (talk) 23:19, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
