This is a Chinese name; the family name is Xi.

Xi Zhicai (? - 192) a servant under Cao Cao through the recommendation of Xun Yu. Xi Zhicai was indeed a very brilliant tactician under Cao Cao, playing many very important roles[citation needed]. However, Xi Zhicai ended up dying very young. Xun Yu then requested Zhicai to be replaced by another very brilliant strategist, Guo Jia, who was himself destined to die at an early age too. In the end they both became very great historical figures.
