I'm Canadian, living in Ottawa but originally from the Toronto area. I studied at the University of Toronto in History, English and Jewish studies.

My editing interests include:

• Canadian immigration policy and external affairs
• Canadian-US history
• Music: specifically avant-garde, 90s emo and hardcore and 90s indie rock/math rock
• Canadian culture/Quebec culture
• Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area
• Various intellectual figures [artists, poets etc]
• Okay, I'll be honest, I'll edit pretty much anything relating to Canada, from chip flavours to holidays to famous people and more.

My favourite wikipedia articles include:

• The "Bloop"
• stuff about Israel
• anything weird/bizarre/unexplained

I hope to also contribute with grammatical and editorial cleanup of various articles. I am mentioned by name in ONE Wikipedia article so far and hope to go for an honest lifetime score of TEN :)

I speak fluent English, decent Québecois, some Mandarin Chinese and some Yiddish. I hope to contribute more to the Yiddish Wikipedia when I get some time [and when I figure out how to install the Yiddish Keyboard setting on my office computer!].
