XERV-TV is the television call sign for the Televisa television station channel 9 in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico. It mainly rebroadcasts programs from the "Canal de las Estrellas" XEW-TV, Mexico City, though it also broadcasts some local news and programs. Among these programs are selected games (mainly Saturday games) of the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees ice hockey team. Oddly, the games are announced in English, while the commercials during the game are in Spanish. ([1])
It is also seen on cable channel 19 on Time Warner Cable in Texas' Rio Grande Valley.
XERV also share a sales office with XHAB-TV in McAllen, Texas, for sales of commercial time from American businesses.
