XEPM-TV Channel 2 is a Spanish-language station owned by Televisa. XEPM airs a selection of programs from Televisa's four networks, XEW, XHTV, XHGC and XEQ.

This frequency has lodged several television signals, The first stage was as a repeater of Mexico City's Channel 2 XEW-TV, later this signal was changed with channel 32 XHJCI-TV and became the repeater of Mexico City's XHGC-TV. On July 30, 2007, XEPM swapped affiliations with co-owned XHJUB-TV, with the latter now repeating XHGC, and XEPM now becoming a local station.

It currently airs many shows. The ones produced there are:
Arriba Juarez: a magazine show hosted by Ericka Cabada, Fredo Luna, Eduardo Cano, Lucero Alvarez, and comedian Alonso Rojas.
Kaboom!!: a variety show hosted by Paola Dominguez and Fernando Rico.
CreaTv: a show produced for teenagers and kids hosted by Alejandra Acosta, Ismael Hernandez-Medina, Palmira Jimenez and Jese Murillo as Professor Hans Van Jennsen.
ATM!: a musical show hosted by Adrian and Rosy Fonseca.
XEPM also broadcasts news shows during the day and a local edition of Televisa Deportes. Also there are some local programs produced for but not by XEPM, like Asi Somos and Cafe Cargado.
