Xenies (Greek: Ξενιές), older form: Manolas is a Greek village located 54 km southwest of Patras and about 50 km northeast of Pyrgos. The GR-9/E55 (Patras - Pyrgos - Kyparissia) are accessed via the road to Varda and the road to Lappa. Manolada had a 2001 population of 1,522 for the village and 1,835 for the municipal district. Manolada is also in the municipality of Vouprasia. Manolada is connected with the road linking with Nea Manolada and to Varda.

Its residents are based in agriculture and other jobs, mainly necessities.

Xenies is situated in a hilly setting. The area are made up of farmlands, the forests are in sporadic areas. A river is situated to the east . Its main production are fruits including watermelon, melon, figs and vegetables including corn, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, cucumbers and others as well as dairy, livestock, olives and others. The majority of the population are rural-based, the rest work on services as well as a growing number on agricultural factories.

Residential and other buildings are within the main and farm roads and stretches up to 300 m.

After World War II and the Greek Civil War, buildings were rebuilt. Until the 1960s, houses were built out of stone and for the first time received electricity and other needs. Machinery, radio and automobiles were followed in the 1970s and it was connected with pavement for the first time. Television arrived in the 1980s as well as other needs and saw expansion of the town by its nearby beach. In the beginning of the 21st century, Internet was received in some homes in the town but it does not post its website. The population has been growing since the 1970s and the 1980s.

Xenies has a school, a church, and a square (plateia), its nearest school and lyceum (middle school) and gymnasium (secondary school) are in Varda.
