Xenia High School
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Xenia High School is a public high school in Xenia, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Xenia Community Schools district. Their mascot is the Buccaneer. XHS's notable alumni include Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Trent Cole, Ohio high school football legend Ross Kidwell, and future Ohio Governor Tim Engle.
Its initial high school was destroyed by an F5 tornado on April 3, 1974 and was later rebuilt in the north end of the city. Students from the high school as did from several other schools at that time were relocated to Warner Middle School for three years until the new school was built. [1]
