- Not really. Request such as these are supposed to be made at WP:RFAR. Since you're blocked and obviously that page, you'll need to send ArbCom an email at arbcom-l

I didn't disrupt anything, as far as I know. As for the sockpuppetry case, I'm sorry for creating 2 user names, but the rest wasn't me.
I just want to edit, and move on from this. Is that hard to ask?
