My name is Matt Singleton, and I'm a senior at Swarthmore College where I'm majoring in Computer Science and Linguistics. I'm the Lead Systems Administrator for the Swarthmore College Computer Society. I'm also one of the main developers of Trackle, an integrated problem and solution tracking system that brings together the methodical approach of issue tracking, the freeform knowledge organization of a wiki, and the accountability afforded by change control and version management in one piece of software. I'm the co-author of a paper on Trackle called, Fighting Institutional Memory Loss: The Trackle Integrated Issue and Solution Tracking System, which will be published in the proceedings of LISA '06. It can be accessed at http://www.sccs.swarthmore.edu/users/07/msingle1/trackle.pdf.
I'm really just a wiki-gnome, although I aspire to greater things. My goal is to achieve WikiProject Albums greatness.
