Xavier Castro Muñoz (b.1965, Guayaquil, Ecuador).
Xavier Castro earned his law degree from the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil in 1990 and his Master's degree from Cambridge University in 1997.
He was a councillor of the Ecuadorian Supreme Court of Justice until 1999 and Vice President of Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce in two different periods. He received a Chevenign Fellowship award from the British Government.
He is also a member of UNO[1] a private non-profit organization which train future political leaders.
