Additionally, in Greek Mythology, Xanthippe/Xantippe is a daughter of Dorus who bore Agenor to Pleuron son of Aetolus. Very little information is actually transmitted to the ordinary well-read reader in this sentence. Wetman 16:52, 24 May 2004 (UTC)

This article entry, Xanthippe, is almost politically and historically incorrect. As Wikipedians, we need to refrain from adding 21st century perspectives (prejudices) to 2400 year old events and people. Stevenmitchell 18:15, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
