[edit] Cheyenne Jackson

The article presently state Cheyenne Jackson dropped out of the cast of the musical production. This is not true. And in fact the article mentions him starring in the musical further down. I saw the show, for the third time, again tonight (5/13/2008) and he is still starring in it.-- 11:17, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Keep reading the next paragraph. Jackson was in the workshop, but he was not available for the show. James Carpinello was originally cast as Sonny, but he injured himself on June 12. By that time, Jackson was available again and joined the cast. Also, new messages go at the bottom of the talk page, not at the top. -- Ssilvers (talk) 07:11, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Evil Woman

According to Playbill, "Evil Woman" is a song added to the show. I had put it into the song list (not sure where it goes, but it seemed like it was in the second half), and someone deleted it. Who sings it, and where does it go in the song list? Best regards, -- Ssilvers 12:58, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

I think "Evil Woman" is back in the song list. Thanks--Broadwaygal 14:33, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
Oh, OK. I see that it was moved up to the first half. Best regards, -- Ssilvers 14:59, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Assessment

I assessed this as a B. It has a good synopsis and about all the background and production information that is available. -- Ssilvers 05:19, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

I see your logic, but I'm going to shift it to "Start," because as soon as it opens, there will be far more available; also, the synopsis seems incredibly detailed, which drags down the article a bit. Lawikitejana 12:59, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Reviews

WP is not an advertisement. If you want to quote from the review, make sure your quote is EXACT. The headline of the review is not part of the review and was likely written by an editor. Please read WP:NPOV. -- Ssilvers 18:50, 15 July 2007 (UTC)

I deleted a large part of each of the reviews because: 1) it read a bit too much like a "fan" or "press agent" or --it needs to be said again -- advertising (see:Wikipedia is not an advertising service. Promotional articles about yourself, your friends, your company or products, or articles created as part of a marketing or promotional campaign, will be deleted in accordance with our deletion policies. For more information, please see Wikipedia:Spam.) 2) seemed to me to be close--if not actually in violation of :[1]. JeanColumbia 11:01, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
I agree, Jean, but you deleted all the criticism and kept only the praise. I have attempted to re-balance the quoted extracts. Looks OK? -- Ssilvers 16:03, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
Oops, didn't mean to get it so unbalanced! Better now, yes. (Here I am criticizing the "fan" aspects, and I did a very fan-like edit.My bad.)JeanColumbia 16:57, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Kerry.jpg

Image:Kerry.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. [edit] All over the world

Does anyone know if the broadway production is using the original lyrics for this song? Namely...

".. London, Hamburg, Paris, Rome, Rio, Hong Kong, Tokyo L.A., New York, Amsterdam, Monte Carlo and Shard End" (UTC)

Yes they do say that line in that order I believe. Just saw the musical again tonight (5/13/2008) again for the third time. (UTC)
