It is believed that the use of this screenshot qualifies as fair use in the Xandros article, for these reasons:

it is used for the identification of and critical commentary on the Xandros operating system;
it is impossible to produce a free or original equivalent;
it does not significantly impede the copyright holder's ability to sell the copyrighted material;
is is not being used to generate profit in this context.
