WZTD-LP, is a low-power, Spanish-language, television station licensed to Richmond, Virginia is currently the Richmond market's Telemundo affiliate. It broadcasts on UHF channel 45.

The station signed on December 9, 1991 as W61BZ and were located on channel 61. It was an affiliate America's Store (currently a defunct shopping network owned by the Home Shopping Network.) On February 22, 2000, W61BZ changed it call letters to WKYV-LP. On July 21, 2000, Tiger Eye Broadcasting acquired the station and its license from TV Broadcasters of Central Virginia.
On August 15, 2006, the station officially signed off for technical reasons. Doing this time, ZGS Communications purchased WZTD-LP from Tiger Eye Broadcasting in October 2006 for an undisclosed amount. In mid-November 2007, the station signed back on as a Telemundo affiliate, and changed calls to WZTD-LP on January 16, 2008.

- WZTD-LP is the only Hispanic television station in Central Virginia.
- Unlike other Telemundo affiliates, WZTD-LP does not broadcast local newscasts.
- Currently, WZTD-LP is not available on cable systems in Central Virginia due to its low-power status.
- The station do not have a website. Though the company who owns WZTD-LP has a website, the station is not yet listed on it.
- Outside of its Telemundo programming, the station does not produce or air local programming.
- For now, the station does not broadcast in digital, which will require for the switch-over process from the traditional analog signal to the newly digital signal.
