Wyoming State Route 313 is a Wyoming State Road located in southeastern Platte County and southwestern Goshen County that provides travel between Interstate 25/US 85/WY 211 in Chugwater to US 85 south of Hawk Springs.

Wyoming Highway 313 begins at its west end at I-25/US 87 (Exit 54) as well as WY 211 at the same interchange in Chugwater. WY 313 travels east and follows old U.S. 87 from Interstate 25 to the Chugwater town center, where Wyoming Highway 321 (Ty Basin Rd.) continues on north as WY 313 turns east and travels 33.1 miles to US 85 near Hawk Springs State Recreation Area, south of Hawk Springs.
