Wyoming State Route 221 is an East-West Wyoming State Road and is known as Fox Farm Road. WY 221 runs its west end at South Greely Hwy. (US 85 / I-25 BUS / U.S. 87 BUS). WY 221 travels east to Wyoming Highway 212 (College Ave.) where it ends. Route 221 parallels Interstate 80 about one-half mile south of the Interstate.
