Wyoming Highway 220 (WYO 220) is the principal highway connecting the city of Casper to US 287.

WYO 220 branches off U.S. 287 at Muddy Gap and continues east to Casper, passing by Alcova. The highway is maintained by WYDOT, execpt for the segments known as CY Avenue and Poplar Street in Casper, which is maintained locally. WYO 220 then terminates at Interstate 25, as Poplar Street interchanges with the freeway.
