Wyoming State Route 210 is a Wyoming State Road known as Happy Jack Road. (Mileposts along WY 210 increase from east to west.) WY 210 begins its east end at I-25/US 87 (Exit 10) in Cheyenne. After just beginning at that interchange, WY 210 intersects Missle Dr. (Former WY 226) at 0.16 miles, Missle Dr. provides access to F. E. Warren Air Force Base. WY 210 then continues west passing south of the airbase, and intersecting Fort Access Rd. (WY 222) at 2.94 miles. The Laramie-Albany County Line is at Milepost 25.82, and the boundary for Medicine Bow National Forest is at Milepost 26.45. Wyoming Highway 210 ends at 37.79 miles at the I-80/US 30 interchange (Exit 323) near the State of Wyoming Information Center.
Wyoming Highway 210 passes through Vedauwoo, an area of rocky outcrops located in south-eastern Wyoming. At Curt Gowdy State Park, there are reservoirs that supply water to Cheyenne and Laramie. During the cold winter months, these lakes can freeze solid.
