All of the U.S. state of Wyoming is fully within one at large Congressional District making it the third largest in the nation. It has been represented by Republican Barbara L. Cubin since 1995. It is the least populous congressional district in America.
Current Vice President Dick Cheney is a nearly lifelong Wyoming resident (born in Nebraska) and represented the state in Congress from 1979 to 1989.
