Wynsors World of Shoes is a shoe store located in various areas across Northern England. Wynsors started out in 1956 selling shoes from market stalls and small shops, before growing and opening up a number of stores (Currently thirty-one) in different areas of the North West and have now decided to expand into the North East.

[edit] Growth of Wynsors

Since 1956 Wynsors has grown into a well known brand within the North West and North East. Its headquarters are situated in Bacup and has shops within areas such as Barnsley, Blackburn, Bolton, Chesterfield, Hull, Leeds, Sunderland, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, St. Helens, Warrington and Wigan.

It fames itself on its cheap prices for its quality shoe designers. The main areas for Wynsors are Mens, Ladies, Kids and Unisport (Training shoes). Well known brands such as Nike, Lacoste, K Swiss and Adidas are all sold at cheaper than the Recommended Retail Price. Due to its cut priced shoes it has built up a great brand awareness which allowed the store to reopen its factory stores as superstores in Bacup and Dalton-In-Furness as well as opening new branches in Washington, Oldham and more recently Bradford Tong.

Along with the expansion of stores across the country the company has recently set up its own official website, an E commerce website for online purchasing.
