WXTC (branded as Heaven 1390 AM) is an AM radio station serving the Charleston market area with a Gospel format. This station operates on AM frequency 1390 kHz and is under ownership of Citadel Broadcasting.

WCSC is the first radio station in Charleston as well as the second oldest in the state of South Carolina. It was started out by Fred Jordan and Lewis Burk on May 14th, 1930.
WCSC was a top 40 station. The current call letters were moved from the station that is now WSUY.
WXTC is now owned by APEX Broadcasting.
