[edit] 60-plus years of history

This station has served Birmingham, Alabama, for more than 60 years (at least back to 1946, maybe older) and is a significant station in Southern broadcast history. While it is temporarily simulcasting the co-owned FM signal, this station deserves a significant separate article that covers its history and impact. - Dravecky (talk) 09:40, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
