[edit] Essay and Fansite tags, and POV issues

Please do not remove the "Fansite" and "Essay" tags until the problems with the page have been remedied. Parts of the entry read like an essay, it has POV neutrality problems, and in general needs some serious cleanup. The article has lots of potential, and most of the material can stay, it's just that about half the sentences require rewording.Nfutvol 19:30, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Wiki police

Sorry wiki police, this article is about a college TV station and it is really for the benefit of those members and attempting to preserve the history of such an organization in an attempt to help prevent its current members from making mistakes that were made in the past. We understand the need for a singular style through out and trying to make it as good as possible. Unfortunately, none of us are wiki experts, so if there are any ways you could help us they would be appreciated. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.7.132.86 (talk) 15:27, 4 October 2007 (UTC)

First off, thanks for contributing! I'm by no means a wiki expert myself, but, I've done quite a bit of editing, and would like to help you get your page into shape. I recommend setting up a personal website to document the day to day activities of your organization. Lots of things included in the wikipedia article are of importance really only to those directly involved with the running of the organization and not the general public. Just remember that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and they really frown on journal-type articles. Do a bit of cleaning up and rewording to make it a more neutral POV, add sources to the important information, remove some of the less important information as well as information that cannot be cited to a valid source, and you'll have a good article.Nfutvol 15:43, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the advice, when I have some time free from work I will try hard to clean this up, not sure when that will be, but hopefuly soon. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.68.218.152 (talk) 22:52, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
