WVRV (97.5 FM, "97.5 The River") is a radio station licensed to serve Pine Level, Alabama. The station is owned by Stroh Communications Corp. It airs an Urban Adult Contemporary music format which is, while the station completes its testing under its FCC-issued construction permit, temporarily a simulcast of co-owned WHWT in Huntsville, Alabama.
The station was assigned the WVRV call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on February 22, 2008.[1]
