WVOR (102.3 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Soft Adult Contemporary format. Licensed to Canandaigua, New York, USA, the station serves the Rochester area. The station is currently owned by Clear Channel Communications.[1]

The station went on the air as WLKA on 1989-05-15. on 1996-02-19, the station changed its call sign to WMHX, on 1998-03-01 to WISY, on 1999-07-30 to WMAX-FM, on 1999-08-02 to WISY, on 2006-06-27 to the current WVOR,[2]
The WVOR call sign was "parked" on 102.3 after the station that held that call sign, a heritage FM station now known as WDVI, changed its call sign and format in 2006.
