[edit] Programming

Like many college radio stations, WUSR carries a diverse range of programming. During the week, the station broadcasts several hours of latin pop in the early morning hours, followed by a mix of jazz, blues, and world music through the afternoon. Evenings feature more Latin pop followed by hip hop, with indie rock and heavy metal through the night. WUSR is also home to the late night variety show Sports Quiz. Weekends primarily consist of freeform programming, with many specialty shows focusing on musical genres and topics such as soundtracks, the British Invasion, and Polka.
