Wurzenpass (German) or Korensko sedlo (Slovenian) (elevation 1073 m) is a high mountain pass in the Alps, located on the border between the Austrian state of Carinthia and Slovenia. It connects Villach in Austria with Ljubljana in Slovenia.
Until the opening of the Karawanken Motorway Tunnel in 1994, the pass road was one of the main arteries for traffic between Austria and Slovenia along with the Loiblpass (Slovene: Ljubelj). It is very curvy and has a maximum grade of 18 percent.
