Wu Can (187 - 248), courtesy name Kongxiu (孔休), was an officer who served under Sun Ce of the Three Kingdoms Period of China. Following the death of Sun Ce, Wu Can served Ce's brother Sun Quan. When Sun He and Sun Ba fought over who would be the successor, Wu Can was slandered by Sun Ba and thrown into prison, where he died.
