[edit] Programming

WTSM, having been sold by Clear Channel Communications to Great Eastern Radio in January 2007[3], changed formats in March 2007. Most recently a news/talk simulcast with sister station WTSL (1040 AM, Lebanon, NH), WTSM will be simulcasting the "Kixx"-branded Country music programming of WXXK (100.5 FM, Lebanon, NH). This is the second time around for this arrangement as the station has previously simulcast this programming from 2001-2004, under the callsign WXKK.[4]

[edit] Construction permit

On June 08, 2007, WTSM was granted a construction permit to change its community of license to Swanzey, New Hampshire. This will allow the station to better serve the Keene, New Hampshire, market.[5] This move will also result in a change in effective radiated power to 2300 watts and an antenna height above average terrain of 159 meters (522 feet). The new transmitter will be located at 42°54'53"N, 72°19'52"W. This construction permit expires on June 08, 2010.
