Reference #1 is the FCC facility record, but immediately follows the statement that the programming format is Sports. The FCC as a matter of law and policy does not track or maintain information about the programming formats of radio stations. The reference is probably to #2, the Arbitron database, which is not authoritative on formats, as information is voluntarily supplied by the radio stations and this station is not in a market which Arbitron tracks.
