WSJV is a television station licensed to Elkhart, Indiana and serving the South Bend, Indiana market. A Fox television network affiliate, WSJV broadcasts on channel 28, and covers most of the Michiana viewing area.

WSJV's studios are located in Elkhart, Indiana, while its transmitter is located southeast of South Bend. The station is currently owned by Quincy Newspapers.

In its on-air promos, WSJV usually identifies itself by the nickname Fox 28.

The call letters refer to an informal title of the Michiana area , St. Joseph Valley.

WSJV first began broadcasting on March 15, 1954, initially as an NBC affiliate with a secondary ABC affiliation. In 1955, it became a sole ABC affiliate after losing its NBC affiliation to WNDU-TV.

Initially broadcasting on channel 52, WSJV switched to channel 28 in 1958.

WSJV began broadcasting in color in 1966, with all local programs aired in color starting in 1968.

On October 18, 1995, WSJV became an affiliate of the Fox Broadcasting Company.
