Stale, stagnant music brought forth by an absentee and lazy Program Director (Bill Sheridan), and a lack of interest from the parent company (Nassau Broadcasting) in maintaining facilities and treating personnel properly.
These unfortunate events have led to a massive erosion in revenues and listener base, and hopefully will force Nassau to sell the stations to someone who can do a better job... This trend is evident at sister stations (WODE,WEEX, WVPO and WWYY) as well, with all stations dropping ratings and listeners as well as revenue. This effect could be called the "Sockless" effect in honor of the Program Director who has allowed this to happen. There are rumors of sales to several outside parties at the moment, so there perhaps is some hope for this once great Poconos radio station.

Recently Joel Dale was appointed as associate manager of the station. I think they were going to change the ownership to Viscera broadcasting I belive that's out of Allentown.
