It is currently branded under the Fox News Radio. The "RSC" stands for "Radio State College". It has a sister station on FM, WQWK, that plays rock music.

WRSC carries many nationally syndicated shows such as, Coast to Coast AM with George Noory, America in the Morning with Jim Bohannon, The Glenn Beck Program, The Radio Factor with Bill O'Reilly, The Dave Ramsey Show, The Sean Hannity Show, The Michael Savage Show, The Mark Levin Show, The Jim Bohannon Show, The Clark Howard Show, and Live on Sunday Night with Bill Cunningham.
WRSC also airs a local morning show, WRSC Morning News, starring Centre Region-area radio veteran Kevin Nelson. WRSC airs NASCAR programming as well during the week from MRN Radio.
